It cannot be installed in Windows 10.

I beg you. Please do not repeat the instruction to install according to the contents of the document. Naturally, I installed it after looking at the contents of the document. But I failed.

  I understand that you are having issue installing Box Drive on your Windows computer, I'm happy to help!

   

  You can try running this fix tool from Microsoft to uninstall any traces of Box Drive and then reinstall the app on your PC: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed

   

  Let us know how it goes and should the issue persist, if you are receiving any type of error message when installing Box Drive, please take a screenshot and share it here so we can look.
