Photo won't open in Windows 10
I just installed the Box app on my phone and laptop. It was installed successfully. But when I tried to open the file synced from my phone, it wont open. It has this error, how to go about this error?
Windows Photo Viewer can't display this picture because there might not be enough memory available on your computer. Close some programs that you aren't using or free some hard disk space (if it's almost full), and then try again.

This looks like a Windows error message rather than Box. I've found a couple of posts on different forum site that discuss this error and possible to resolution to them:
