Can't install Box Drive Mac OS Mojave
I'm just about ready to give up on Box. I need Box desktop to work, but I cannot install the app without the error message that the error message "Box Drive's system extension failed to load. Please make sure it has been enabled in System Preferences > Security & Privacy..."
The installer did in place the extension in the Security and Privacy dialog box. I searched your help files and tried several suggestions without success.
Can you help me please? Box Drive is essential to my team's workflow. Without it, I'll have seek another solution.

It looks like you are running an unsupported macOS version for Box Drive. Box Desktop application such as Box Drive supports the two latest major versions: macoS 11 Big Sur and macOS 12, please try updating your macOS on any of these versions and let us know if you are still having issue with running Box Drive.
