Can't connect to a boxnote

I worked on two box notes yesterday and shut down my computer. When I opened the folder again the morning only one of the notes would open. With the second I just get a message saying it can't connect and a blank page. The box note is there in the folder and I can see its size, but I can't open it,

Help needed as I don't have time to do all the work again!
