Cannot create a new account
I sent a Collaboration invite to a folder to two new people. They both tried to create a Box account but one person, who is on a Mac, cannot. The Mac person keeps getting a response of "Try again". I resent another invitation to that Mac person individually and that invite failed with the same reason. Thank you for any assistance.

Can you have the affected person try this on other browsers and see if the same issue occur? If the issue persists, do you mind sharing a screenshot of the exact error message the user encounters so we can take a look?
