    Hi Support team -
    I encountered the rest password issue that my email has not received, I had followed the troubleshooting process but it still has not worked. I am a student using my school email and box doesn’t allow me to reset it. My other email accounts works fine for resetting.

    Let me know as soon as possible what i should do.
