Reset Password - Haven't received an e-mail
Hi Support team -
My college encountered the rest password issue that mail not received, we'd follow the troubleshooting process but still not worked. Please advise what we should do.

I encountered the rest password issue that my email has not received, I had followed the troubleshooting process but it still has not worked. I am a student using my school email and box doesn’t allow me to reset it. My other email accounts works fine for resetting.Let me know as soon as possible what i should do.
