Create a download link for a PDF
Hi there, we are using Ceros as a platform to share proposals with our clients. I would like to create a link on a thumbnail of our proposal for my client to "download" or "preview" a PDF saved on Box. Is there a way that I can do this without sending them to Box site or embedding an iFrame. Preference would be to create a link that when clicked the PDF opens in a new browser window.

Hi Carl,
Welcome to the Box Community!
You may use Box Embed Widget to embed files and folders from your account page onto any website, blog, or social networking service that supports HTML iframe embed code.
To learn more about this feature, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695434-Create-a-Box-Embed-Widget

Hey France, thanks so much for your response. I tried this option, and it worked as suggested. However, my client is looking for an option where the PDF open from a hyperlink directly in a new window of the browser, such as you would have in a CMS system. So basically they are looking to host PDFs (newsletters, reports, proposals, etc) in Box, and create thumbnail links in Ceros to open directly. Not sure if this is possible with Box. Any suggestions?
Yours in debt :-)
