Using Mac Monterey files won't open on box drive and files won't sync ons box drive
Im using Mac Monterey. All files that have a cloud icon on bottom right corner won't open and files that I upload onto box drive dont sync to box on web browser. Spiratically over the course of a few days or weeks random files will appear on box web browser.

This is happening to me as well and I am at a loss on how to move forward. Has this been documented as a known issue from Box or has Box provided any updates or workarounds? Our database team has already had to purchase Dropbox (while the rest of our organization uses Box). After all of our Macs updated to Monterey, we are no longer able to export files to Box due to the major changes with regards to the location/path of Box files being moved and "unreachable" when exporting files. This was a change by Box and not by Apple, but it happens once a user updates the OS to Monterey.
BOX, PLEASE ADDRESS THESE MAJOR ISSUES THAT ARE GREATLY IMPACTING MAC USERS!!!

Same here. I get a dialog box that it's preparing to move files into a Box synced folder but that isn't happening. Box website says everything synced but that is not the case.
I followed the uninstall/restart/reinstall instructions here and seem to be back in sync.
