    I faced same problem.

    But storage is using.

    Mail support is English only.

    How do I do?

    I send error logs.

    And I installed Box Drive.

    My local machine Box folder No files and folders(Old back up is make in my name folder).

    Box.com file list is empty.

    But storage using size is 42.0 BG/50.0GB.

    I think it is broken.
