Problem to install the Box App
Hello,
I have a problem to install the Box Drive app (for Windows).
I start the installer and get a first error message saying "Called RunScript when not marked in progress.". I click on "OK" and then get a second error message syaing "Called InstallFinalize when no install in progress".
I have no idea what I can do. I tried deletting the installer, downloading again but it does exactly the same. I have windows 64 bits.

Please make sure that your computer has met the prerequisite or requirements for Box Drive to make sure it will work on your machine as stated in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697474-Installing-and-Updating-Box-Drive
If you've made sure that these requirements have been met, please run this Microsoft fix tool to install Box Drive in your computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed
