Account Recovery Options for Box

Hi Team,

Just have a Hypothetical question, if someone (Hacker/Non-authorized) is trying to login with my box account email address that may be known to them.

From what i can see, if they dont know my password the only option they have is to reset password > which sends me an email which is great as i will be informed.

Just wondering if there are any other avenues for a hacker to contact box support to attempt account recovery. Is anyone able to provide me info on what this process looks like, just so i can be sure its difficult enough for someone to not try and hack my account.
