BOX Sync Not Syncing locked up.
I would like to start with how do you contact actual BOX support, it directs me to the community forum, so here it goes.
I'm using Box Sync installed on Windows Server 2012. I am connected to a shared folder from my customer. I can see the updated files on the app.box.com website and see that they are updated daily.. When I look at the Box Sync folder on my local server, the files are not updated. When I open the Box Sync manager it will give me a sync notification that states everything is, but they are not.
I then close the App and restart. It takes FOREVER to load and shows it is taking over 1 gig of memory of system resources. Sometimes when it loads the monitor shows "scanning" and the number of files it is updating each time. Then other times it just sits there "scanning" and nothing is happening, the App "Not Responding" so I shut it down and reopen.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still doesn't seem to sync.
To give an idea of the file set I'm syncing, I can "download" the folder from App.box and it a it 48 thousand files and is around 32 gig. So daily only 500 meg is updated, so the box sync should only we worried about 500 meg.
