I can't sign in

I was able to sign in on a mac computer, but now when I try to sign in on a Lenovo it says "unable to sign in." I've tried to have it do "forgot password" and "unlock" by sending emails to my email address, but no email ever shows up. I was able to log in here so I know my email and password are correct. Help!

    never mind! By filling out this form, it sent me an email that let me click "security" link and got me in! woop!
