    Are you able to upgrade your current OS version to the latest Windows OS? It sounds like you might be running Box Sync app on an unsupported OS here.

    Than you for your response

    To confirm, by the link you provided that ONLY following OS are supported: Windows & Windows Server - The two latest released versions (64-bit). Does that mean ONLY Windows 10 & 11 are supported & Windows 8.1 is NOT?

    And unfortunately I cannot upgrade from Windows 8.1 at this stage without significant hardware costs. Are there any other options available to me?
