    For me to check, may I please have the following: 

    • Screenshot of the error message if there is.
    • What Box app are you using? Is it Box Sync or Box drive?
    • Have you tried logging out/in of the Box app you're using? If not, please try to do so.

    The updated files are on my iphone- but the new files won't sync to the computer. 
    There is no option that I see to log out on the phone app for Box. I have logged out on the computer

    I have the same problem. No error message. Box Sync 4.0.8057.0. But the syncing process is not instantaneous. Despite there are very small files.I need to login in web version to download the files. I already sent an Error Log this moment.
