Drag and Drop on Ipad does not work
Since the last update I cannot make drag and Drop on my Ipad. Wen I go to „auswählen“ an copy to… there is an Error Massage.
the only thing I can do is to load the file completely and than I can load it to my dropbox.
that is very uncomfortable. What is wrong here?

Can you try to uninstall and the reinstall the Box app for your iPad and see if this help resolve this issue?

It looks like you are using a different cloud application as this interface doesn't look like that in Box application.
Box for iPad should look something like this: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/box-the-content-cloud/id290853822?platform=ipad
If this is a different cloud app, you may need to reach out to their support for further assistance on this issue.
