    Can you try to uninstall and the reinstall the Box app for your iPad and see if this help resolve this issue?

    If the issue persists, do you mind providing a screenshot of the error you encounter so we can take a look?

    Hi,

    thank you for your help. I have uninstall the App and reinstall it now. The same problem will be there. 
    I have make a screenshot from the error I get.

    Hi Barbara, 

    It looks like you are using a different cloud application as this interface doesn't look like that in Box application.

    Box for iPad should look something like this: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/box-the-content-cloud/id290853822?platform=ipad 

    If this is a different cloud app, you may need to reach out to their support for further assistance on this issue.
