    Is the missing folder a folder you own or owned by someone else? If you own the missing folder, can you check in your Box Trash and see if the folder and its contents are in there? You can use the filter "Items I Own" when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.

    If its collaborative folder that you do not own and is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them re-invite you to that folder again.
