BOX Login at box.com works fine. Login with same credetials on WIN10 BOX-Drive seems to work, but stays grey and says: "not logged into BOX". (translation).

    Hi France,
    there is no error Message at all on Windows. I enter my correct credentials to log into Box, then the login Windows closes. The little Box icon near the clock stays greyed out. When I point the mouse over it, it tells me that Box is not logged in. Same credentials work fine on Android and at the Web login. I checked the Firewall and it doesn't block Box. Windows doesn't allow to screen shoot bubble pop ups, but tomorrow, when I am at the PC, I will make a picture with my phone. Thanks

    Hi Robert, 

    I've previously seen this happen to a user with network connectivity issue or if their firewall is blocking access to Box applications.

    Could you try connecting to a different network and see if t makes any difference? Would it be possible to temporarily disable your firewall on this computer just to see if this is blocking the connection of your machine to Box?

    Make sure that your firewall is configured to allow access to box Applications: Configuring A Firewall For Box Applications
