Folder sudenly disappeared
There was a folder named "PMO" until yesterday in my box (next layer from the root named "全員共有用フォルダ"). Today the folder sudennly disappeared , and couldnt find it even in the trash box. Ofcourse Ive tried search but error occured. I asked everyone who can access to this box, but nobody delete the folder.

The folder may have been moved and renamed, can you try search for file name of those that are in that PMO folder and see if you can get any result?
Also, when searching in your Box Trash, please make sure to filter by Items I Own as this is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.
