Reset my storage count
I can not download upload my box files, See the "Unlock More Storage" button on my page.
Support BLOG said that 'Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect'
Can you help me to reset my account([personal information--redacted]) storage count.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct data and storage size in your Box.
