Box Sync folder empty, but Storage space used at 80%

    I'm sorry for the confusion. I'm happy to help.
     
    I ran a script t recalculate your count usage and should be seeing the correct count. I suggest also that you refresh your Box account page by logging out and logging back in along with your Box Sync tool.
