Box Upload not working

I am having trouble uploading files to Box. I have only used about 234MB of 50GB, but clicking the file or folder upload tab doesn't work. Is anyone here who can help? I am using a MAC. I have tried troubleshooting by clearing the cache. Let me know what else I should do. Thanks

  I ASKED FOR  A PHONE CALL HOURS AGO THIS IS RIDICULOUS NOBODY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME AND I HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE I NEED TO WORK AND YOU GUYS ARE HURTING MY BUSINESS BY NOT HAVING A FAST RESPONSE TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
