Cannot download report from Box
Hi,
I cannot download reports from Box, while using browsers Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. When I click "download" nothing happens.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble downloading files from Box. We recommend you try the following troubleshooting tips to see if it helps resolve the issue for you:
- Updating your browser to the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Using Box with an alternate browser, computer or network
- Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (note: you may need clearance/assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
- Disabling any plugins on your browser
