Passwords for Partnering Organization
We are currently part of a quality improvement project that includes partnership with an external organization. A few weeks ago, several members from this organization began experiencing problems with their passwords. They have tried resetting these but these do not appear to be working. Any assistance that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

If an external collaborator is having issue logging in to their Box account, please have them go to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support. They will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here."
The would have to fill out the form to report the issue to our team and we will reach out to them to look into the issue.
