Error message: can't invite deactivated user to collaborate
Hi,
I need help adding a user to a box folder as soon as possible. I get the following error message: Sorry, you can not invite deactivated users to collaborate. However, her account appears to be active.

Welcome to the Box Community,If this is the error message that you are getting when inviting a collaborator whose account is deactivated then I suggest that the owner of the account contactus by signing in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support in order to submit a case for us to check on.Best,
