    Hi Everyone, 

    Welcome to the Box Community and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention!

    After a thorough investigation by our engineering team, it was determined that we needed to raise this concern to the Google team for further investigation and remediation. This was done and the Google team noticed that a recent change, on their end, needed to be rolled back in order to remediate. As of this morning PST, the rollback was completed and edits should now be able to be saved back to Box successfully through the Box for Google Workspace product.
     
    At this time we believe the issue to be resolved, but we’d like to hear back from you about your experiences. Please attempt to use the integration again and let us know if you continue to experience this issue.

    Yep, this is affecting us too, and is an extremely annoying ongoing issue. Only as of the last week or so. 
    It occurs when opening microsoft office files with google docs/sheets/etc, from box.

    Same thing here, working on any google related document works initially, then will out of nowhere have an issue saying it's unable to save/ has a sync issue and can see at top it say something like "not saved to box". This is making it impossible for teams to work collaboratively on documents within box for us. We have to keep making new files and transferring/ copying all the content over when done. Don't think I've had a single day while using box for the past 2 years where there hasn't been some form of issue.
