Constantly get message that my storage is almost full

To Box.com Forum:

I constantly get the message that my storage capacity is almost full when that is NOT the case at all.  Hence, it extremely limits the upload capacity.

See below Box.com's response to a forum member who had this same problem:

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
