    If you are part of a Business or Enterprise or any paying Box instance, you may submit a ticket by accessing this page: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Please include a brief description of the issue that you encounter and information that can help the team investigate this for you. You will see the available support channels depending on your type of subscription, if this option is not accessible to your, its likely that your Box organization requires their users to reach out to their internal helpdesk first and have a designated person assign to submit ticket to Box.
