Shared email keeps getting switched

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    This scenario can happen if a collaborator's Primary email linked to their Box is still their old email address. Its likely that you are inviting their alias or secondary email, and they have not removed their old email linked to their Box account.

    This would have to be fixed of the collaborator's account settings and this article might be of help: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196513-Manage-Account-Settings
