Shared email keeps getting switched
I am inviting another person to Box under their desired email and yet it keeps changing to their old email. I have ensured their old email is removed and no longer associated with any files, then I re-share to the new/correct email and it STILL adds them as a collaborator using the old email. What is going on?? Do they have an alias mapping setting that automatically changes any share requests to their old email?

This scenario can happen if a collaborator's Primary email linked to their Box is still their old email address. Its likely that you are inviting their alias or secondary email, and they have not removed their old email linked to their Box account.
