Box Problem Items have no path
Hi
I am using Box on my mac. On the Transfers window it states that recent uploads or downloads have failed. When I open the Problem Items list, it refers to many folders but it does not state their path. It says that the folders cannot be deleted on my machine because there are unsynced files in them and it suggests that I move these folders to another location. I have many folders with these names but I don't know which are having the problems and I am not able to correct the issue without the path. Are the paths of problem directories available somewhere or can it be added to the Box Problem Items?

Files that have not been uploaded to Box exist in this path: ~/Library/Application Support/Box/Box/unsyncedFiles. If these files do exist, and if you want to keep them, you may copy them to any location outside of ~/Library/Application Support/Box/Box/unsyncedFiles (such as your desktop).
