Is there a way for Box support to check if a recovery email been set up for my account?
I cannot login with the credentials of my other Box account as the email used as username is no longer valid. I want to get support to check if there is a recovery email that I have set prior?

If you are having login issue for one of your accounts, please open another browser and then go to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support.
You will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here." fill out the form and we will reach out to you to help look into the issue.
