Box Disconnecting/Uninstalling Itself
I have a user that has an issue where box will uninstall itself, or disconnect from the share. I uninstalled and reinstalled, updated Box, and the next day it was disconnected (box drive/folder was empty). Any ideas?

Can you confirm if Box Drive is running on the affected user's computer? If the user is on Windows, please open task manager and see if Box Drive is running and if its enabled on the startup tab?
