Box stopped opening and sending files
Hi there. After years of functioning fine, I suddenly cannot open Box files (opening them causes nothing to happen), I cannot send Box files via email (I get an error that the message "could not be saved") and I cannot move box files (I get a window stating that box is preparing to move the file, and then nothing happens). Can someone give me an idea on what I need to do? It all worked fine before. I have a MAC

Can you try to quit Box Drive from the menu bar and then start the app again and see if this helps?
If the issue persists, please try to uninstall and then reinstall Box Drive from your Mac following these articles:
