    Can you please free up my unused space? I deleted a lot of folders and it is still show no space available.

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct data and storage size in your Box.

    Your Box should now be showing the actual storage usage and file/ folder count.

    Can you try to logout and then re-login on your Box account and then check on this again?
