another not syncng question
have browsed a few of the many posts about this but decided to write. please.
I have Box Sync on a Win 8 computer, for years. Just got new computer, and find thatmany files in Box have not been synced in a long time. On my desktop I did have a folder for Box and within that a Box Sync folder. But the specific file I want should be in Box Sync. But the online version has not been synced in over a year.
Online, when I click on the synced check, the blue bar runs at the top but I don't see checkmarks by anything. I need to update files to move to a new computer please, so question 1) how?
Question 2) how do I clean up old files - delete them so they are neither on my computer nor in Box Cloud?
