Box Drive uploading issue
Hi,
I've noticed that periodically, box drive will go to "pending" status on uploads. It gets stuck there for quite some time. Sometimes, a file will be almost uploaded, then go to "pending" status, then the file will start uploading from the beginning. This is particularly problematic on large >GB files. Is there any change that can be made on my end, or is this a bug?

Welcome to the Box Community!
To begin with, file upload limit for free user is only 250MB. For me to check, may I please have a screenshot of what it looks like when you upload on a 'pending' status?
In the meantime, can you try to manually reset Box Drive by following the step on this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics

Hi Aira,
Thank you for your response. Here's a screenshot of how "Pending" looks on my Drive app (PC version). I see this most frequently with large (>GB) files.
First, I have Account Type: Entireprise Plus, Governance and I see a Max File Size of 150GB in my Account Details, with unlimited total upload storage.
