    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct data and storage size in your Box.

    Hi Davide With the way box abandoned me and my account type after 11 years of taking my money I just got a Microsoft account you get more storage and the added bonus of having the full office suite and it was way cheaper.  Also they actually have a way that their loyal customers of 11+ years can contact them.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your accounts, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.

    Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency.
