Email invitation
Hi, I've got an invitation to one of our box files. I've received the email and clicked on 'accept invitation' but then I can't see the folders I've been added to. We tried to send the invitation for me from different accounts but it was always the same. When the invitation link was sent to me it didn't work either. I've also tried to accept the invitation through box notifications but the invite wasn't there either.

This can happen if the invitation is sent to an email address that is different from the email linked to a user's Box account. Did you receive the email notification on the same email that is linked to your Box account?
Can you check with the inviter the status of the invitation they sent you on the Folder? I recommend checking out this article if you found that your invite status is "Pending": https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195073-Accept-and-Reject-Invitations-from-Collaborators

Hi, my email address to my account is the same to where the invitation was sent. I have received the invitation email, but when I clicked on ' Accept Invite' it took me to the box 'All Files' home page and I still wasn't able to see the folder I was invited to. My invitation status is pending. However I cannot see the pending status on my box neither at the notifications or under all files.
