Unable to Live Edit in Microsoft Word Online
I have 'Co-owner' privileges, but am unable to open one specific document to edit live in Microsoft Word Online. When I attempt to open it with Microsoft Word Online, I get the below error message.
I am able to open other documents in Microsoft World Online. And my co-workers are able to edit this particular document just fine. Help!

Could you close the tab that opens this file and then try to logout and then re-login to your Box account, and try opening this file again and see if that helps? How about if you open the file in another browser?
Also, it looks like this error is a Microsoft application error, so I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Customer Support to further investigate this issue should any of the above tips failed to resolve this issue for you.
