    Hello - I am also experiencing this issue. I set up the fields in the template but when I send it for signing (either directly or through a signing link) none of the fields appear and the signer needs to manually add their own fields. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

    Same issue.... kinda defeats the purpose of a template if everyone has to reproduce the work of placing fields.
