Hi Box Support,

My manager is trying to share a box file with me, but this error message keeps appearing when I click on the link. She says she correctly reviewed the access settings for the file, but this message is still showing up. I had access to this file last year but then I "unshared it", but now I need it again, and for some reason I can't access it again even though I've been invited.

 

Please help!! Thank you so much
