    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    It looks like your new email is linked to a recently deactivated Personal Lite Box. Per our security policy we are unable to release email addresses for accounts who have been deactivated for less than 120 days.

    If there is an immediate need to use this GMG email, I suggest to request reactivation the deactivated Box account for this email so you can login to that account and change the Primary email on the account. You just need to link a personal email (ex. Gmail, Yahoo, Etc.) to this account and you will have the option to remove or unlink your new email and use it to your other account.

    Should you need help in reactivating your account, please go to Support.box.com click Support > Contact Support. You will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here."; indicate in the form details of your login issue/ request to reactivate your account, and someone from the team will reach out to you.
