    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Can you confirm with your clients if they uploaded inside the folder you invited them into?

    We have previously received similar reports and discovered it was actually a user error, mostly those that are new to Box. Instead of uploading inside the folder they were invited to, they would upload in the 'All Files" page of their Box, thus the folder owner or other collaborators can't see any items that they would add.
