After remove old Box Desktop App for Mac, Re-install Box can not open
I remove my old box app on my Macbook and remove all folder Box in Library/Application/Box. Then after I install Box again. I can not open Box any more.
I following instruction to manual reset Box but it doesn't work. Could you help.

When you manually reset your Box Drive, can you please confirm if you've followed step number 4 to delete the 'Box' folder in that location from Finder
- Delete this folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Box/Box
If this did not resolve the issue for you, can you try connecting to a different network/ Wifi and see if this makes any difference?
