    I am having the same issue.  I am trying to change my email address for my box account and it WILL NOT LET ME.  I get box zendesk thing.  And I can't find a way to contact ANYONE at box to get anything done about it.  So I am stuck with an OLD email address.  How can I get this changed.  my correct email is aba.brazelle@gmail.com.  It needs to be changed please.

    box.zendesk.com refused to connect.  Still getting this .  It will NOT let me verify my new email.  FAILS EVERY TIME

    it send me the verification email, when i click it, it says expired.
