    I need to rename a folder and I don't see how to do that?  Also How do I delete a folder - not seeing that either.

    box.zendesk.com refused to connect.  Still getting this .  It will NOT let me verify my new email.  FAILS EVERY TIME

    I am having the same issue.  I am trying to change my email address for my box account and it WILL NOT LET ME.  I get box zendesk thing.  And I can't find a way to contact ANYONE at box to get anyt...
