Can my employees have different level plans?

Hi, 

I have employees with different needs. The office manager barely uses Box, while my video editor uploads multiple 12GB files. Can I put the video editor on a Business Plus plan while the others are on a Business plan. 

My current work around is using Dropbox for all my video needs because the file size is 50GB for the most basic plan.
