    We have some troubleshooting tips that might help with the issue you encounter of not receiving email reset link from Box.

    Please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications 

    If you've gone through all these steps, and still having issue receiving email from us, please  go to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support >. You will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here.", and fill out the form with the description of your login issue and we will reach out to you to help address the issue.

    i've try all steps that you gave it to me, and still not working.

    in this part :

    Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support >

    I didnt see this line : If you are unable to sign in, click here.

     

    any suggestion ?
