I am having trouble with the following, even though I am only using 10MB out of 10GB.

Used Storage
9.1 GB/10.0 GB

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
